For #wholesale orders below £350, there is a carriage charge of £10.00. UK orders of £350.00 or more qualify for free carriage. Note that prices on this website are in GBP and exclusive of VAT. (Children's' clothing is exempt from VAT).

 

Returns Exchange Policy

Blues Baby will exchange or refund any items returned to us in original condition, with packaging intact and returned within 14 days of receipt of order.

Please contact us when returning an item. If you have decided the items you purchased are not suitable, please return to us within 14 days of receipt of order. It is important when returning an item that you enclose a copy of the delivery note so we can process your refund accurately. 

When returning an item to us please obtain a proof of postage receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
